A hand roll is a cone of toasted nori seaweed, rolled by hand around sushi rice and a fresh filling. You eat it with your hands, and ideally straight away: it's at its best while the seaweed still crackles. Choose salmon, tuna, eel, crab or vegetables. Ideal alongside a shared order.
